      <image:title>Services - Individual Therapy</image:title>
      <image:caption>Relationships in your family of origin and the roles you play there have a large role in how you respond to life and relationships as an adult. Individual therapy will allow you to discover and explore some of these important experiences in order to better understand how they are impacting you. Such realizations can often bring about important changes in your relationship with yourself and others. I bring forth my extensive training in attachment-based therapy and attune to your specific needs and experiences. Therapy is a process that encourages slowing down, exploring long held beliefs about yourself, and examining patterns. As your therapist, I provide compassion and support, while also pointing out unexplored narratives and potential blind spots. My approach is person centered and experiential; we will pay attention to your emotions and help you deepen your experience to facilitate growth and healing. As you learn more about your emotions and relationship patterns, you can expect a decrease in distress and an increase in feeling balanced and at ease in your life.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Services - Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy</image:title>
      <image:caption>When I begin working with a new couple, the assessment process consists of a meeting with both partners, individual sessions with each partner, and then another session with the couple together. During this process you will get a sense of me and whether I am a good fit for you and your partner. You will also gain a sense of how the  Emotionally Focused approach can help you and your partner identify the destructive “dance” that is causing a sense of disconnection, and learn ways to feel closer to one another. The purpose of therapy is to create a sense of emotional safety and security in your relationship.  Typically couples find the most benefit from being seen on a weekly basis.</image:caption>
